Nestlé Purina is seeking a Financial Control Associate to partner with marketing and finance teams, overseeing the end-to-end marketing spend process and ensuring accurate P&L reporting. You will become the subject matter expert on marketing spend within SAP and apply the Marketing Investment Framework per Nestlé standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Purchasing, Market Research, and Factories, with monthly accruals, variance analysis, and ad-hoc insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
• Internship in Accounting/Finance OR 1+ years of Accounting/Finance experience.
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Translate marketing promotions into a financial plan within SAP
• Work with marketing budget owners to review, validate cost estimates, and verify appropriate approval
• Purchase Order management from purchase requisition to invoicing
• Cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as Purchasing, Market Research, and Factories
• Provide accurate, clear, and timely reporting to marketing teams identifying variances to plan and other potential issues
• Build and forecast accurate plan dates for activities within SAP to ensure proper monthly accruals on the P&L
• Enforce Product Fixed Marketing Expense Operating Standards in accordance with Nestlé Accounting Standards and advise Marketing partner on maintaining integrity of reported result
• Provide ad-hoc analysis of specific promotional efforts and/or activities

Formação

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance, or related field
