Job summary

Black Rifle Coffee Company invites motivated active‑duty service members to join our Marketing SkillBridge externship. You’ll support category marketing initiatives, plan campaigns, and learn how marketing strategies are developed and executed in a fast‑paced CPG environment.

You will work with experienced marketers across Sales, Trade Marketing, Product, Creative, and Communications, gaining hands‑on experience in market research, asset organization, and campaign measurement.

Qualifications

• Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge program with at least 120 days of eligibility.
• Strong interest in marketing, brand management, project management, or consumer products.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication.
• Assist with product launches and category marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research to support marketing strategy.
• Help organize campaign assets and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
• Track campaign performance and assist with marketing reporting and post-campaign analysis.
• Support retail marketing initiatives and brand activations.
• Participate in marketing planning meetings and collaborate across Sales, Trade Marketing, Product, Creative, and Communications teams.
