We're Hiring: Marketing Expert (With Path to Leadership)

Pay:

$17–$20/hr to start (based on experience with our tools)

Up to $30/hr after 90 days (based on performance, initiative & skill)

Quarterly bonuses tied to growth

This Isn’t a “Just Do What You're Told” Role

At Inspector Media + InterCIRCLE CRM, we’re looking for someone who wants to own their role, build systems, scale success, and lead our content and service fulfillment division.

You’ll help home inspectors grow through smart marketing, automation, and systemized fulfillment. And if you’re the kind of person who likes building playbooks and then teaching others how to run them — keep reading.

What You’ll Do:

Email Marketing – Write, schedule, and optimize campaigns + review funnels

Reputation Management – Set up automations, respond to feedback

CRM & Automation – Build workflows inside GoHighLevel, organize pipelines

Content & Copy – Captions, emails, blog intros, and the occasional landing page

Social Media – Schedule content with Sprout Social, collaborate with our team

Graphic Design – Create marketing assets using Canva (or Adobe)

SOP Systems – Turn what we do into repeatable processes via ClickUp, Scribe, Notion, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with GoHighLevel (or ability to learn FAST)

Solid email marketing + CRM automation skills

Fluent in Canva or Adobe + clean, professional aesthetic

Great writing chops — especially for email and captions

Extremely organized and systems-driven

Familiar with Sprout Social, Google Sheets, and modern marketing tools

Bonus if you've worked with small business clients or in an agency/SaaS setting
