Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House in San Francisco to schedule sales presentations, manage guest expectations, and deliver outstanding service to exceed performance goals. The role involves engaging with Owners and guests, using persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining loyalty, and ensuring eligibility for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcomes and greets guests; anticipates and addresses their needs.
• Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributes to team goals.
• Follows company policies and safety procedures.
