Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House to assist in delivering memorable vacation experiences for Owners and guests. You will support event planning, drive guest-facing activities, and help create moments that align with our trusted brand and standards.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, collaboration with teams, and adherence to company policies while contributing to sales goals and guest satisfaction in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Daily Responsibilities

• Schedule s sales presentations and manage s customer expectations.

To Become a Coordinator Marketing In House

Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.

Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred.

Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
