Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between events team and internal departments, attorneys, and vendors to track tasks and deadlines.
• Oversee on-site support (registration, nametags, A/V, F&B, handouts, giveaways).
• Research local and national venue and catering options.
• Collaborate with design team for invitations, promo product designs, and signage.
• Process invoices from vendors accurately.
• Manage additional special projects as needed.
• Develop event strategies based on current industry trends.

Qualifications

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
