Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to take initiative and manage projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing in planning and executing summer events.
• Support day-of event operations, vendor coordination, setup and teardown.
• Manage event promotional materials, inventory, packing and post-event organization.
• Collaborate with Marketing on team projects across functions.
