Job summary

Loom Remodelers is seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our Cherry Hill, NJ team. You will plan and coordinate event marketing activities across South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware to generate qualified leads for our remodeling services.

This role involves negotiating with vendors, building an annual events calendar, recruiting and training event staff, managing booth logistics, and following up with prospects to set in-home consultations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel across South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware.
• Background check required.
• Experience in event marketing, trade shows, lead generation, appointment setting, or home improvement marketing preferred.
• CRM or scheduling software experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and outgoing personality; excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate others.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds; evening/weekend availability.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our growing team in the Cherry Hill, NJ market.

Job Summary

The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing event marketing activities throughout South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware. This role plays a key part in generating qualified leads and promoting our remodeling services through home shows, fairs, expos, and community events.

• Research and identify events, trade shows, fairs, and expos within the assigned territory
