Job summary

Loom Remodelers in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to plan and manage event marketing activities across South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware. The role focuses on generating qualified leads and promoting remodeling services at home shows, fairs, expos, and community events.

The coordinator will build an annual events calendar, recruit and train demonstrators, manage staff, and coordinate booth logistics while engaging homeowners and scheduling in-home consultations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware.
• Background check required.
• Prior event marketing, lead generation or home improvement marketing experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM or scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify events, trade shows, fairs, and expos within the assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts and secure event opportunities with vendors and organizers.
• Develop and maintain an annual calendar of events.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our growing team in the Cherry Hill, NJ market.

Job Summary

The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing event marketing activities throughout South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware. This role plays a key part in generating qualified leads and promoting our remodeling services through home shows, fairs, expos, and community events.
