Job summary

LINX is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Denver, CO to drive employee and customer engagement initiatives, events, content, and sales support materials. You will own projects from planning to completion while collaborating with marketing, sales, and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to build practical processes and tracking tools.
• Experience coordinating events, vendors, apparel, content, or sales materials.
• Knowledge of social media and design tools such as Adobe CC, Canva, or Figma.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection, organization, and assembly of marketing content for proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Maintain current templates, project information, and resources in the Brand Resource Hub.
• Develop repeatable processes and organized resources to fulfill common sales requests efficiently.
• Coordinate merchandise orders, including inventory, vendor communication, proofs, and distribution; manage LINX Clothing Store.
• Develop content with internal teams and external partners, gather photos, updates, and employee stories for social media and marketing content.
• Create or adapt branded materials and ensure assets follow LINX brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist on content and campaigns, providing coordination and materials for digital execution.
