Why We're Here:
At Brave Health, we are driven by a deep commitment to transform lives by expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care. By harnessing the power of technology, we break down barriers and bring mental health treatment directly to those who need it most—wherever they are. As a community health-centered organization, we are dedicated to ensuring that no one is left behind. Nearly 1 in 4 people in the U.S. receive healthcare through Medicaid, yet two-thirds of providers don’t accept it. Brave Health is stepping up to close this gap by making mental health care accessible, affordable, and life-changing for all.

Role Overview

Brave Health is looking for a creative, mission-driven Marketing Events Specialist to support our efforts in mental health education, awareness, and relationship-building. This role is responsible for executing high-impact webinar experiences that directly contribute to business growth by driving referral generation, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing brand awareness. They will support promotion and assist in conference logistic management for the business development team.

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and content creator who thrives on connecting with others—whether it's planning a webinar with a local NAMI chapter, creating materials to engage attendees, or helping community partners understand how to refer patients to Brave. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality educational experiences that reflect Brave’s values and impact.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing & Public Affairs.

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Measure the success of digital events by tracking referral conversions, attendee engagement, and partner follow-through, ensuring clear ROI for each event.
