Job summary

Symple Lending, Inc. is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to own and scale our Marketing Technology stack and lead generation systems. You will own lead ingestion, attribution, and ad platform integrations while guiding a small team and staying involved in system design and data flows.

You will impact conversion tracking, signal quality, and CPL across paid media channels, driving performance and cost efficiency in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on engineering background (Node.js, APIs, AWS).
Experience with MarTech and digital acquisition systems.
Experience partnering with growth and performance marketing teams.
Ability to mentor engineers and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in system design and development.
Own end-to-end lead ingestion, routing, enrichment, and attribution systems.
Build and optimize integrations with Meta, Google, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
Improve conversion tracking accuracy and signal quality for optimization.
Ensure data consistency across CRM, CDP, and ad platforms.
Design and scale event-driven systems in AWS.
Drive CI/CD, reliability, and performance monitoring.
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve marketing infrastructure.

About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on engineering leader to own and scale our Marketing Technology stack and lead generation systems.

This role sits at the center of our digital acquisition engine, with direct ownership over lead ingestion, attribution, and ad platform integrations. You will lead a small team while remaining deeply involved in system design, data flows, and performance optimization.

Your work will directly impact conversion tracking, signal quality, and cost efficiency across paid media channels.

What You’ll Do

Lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in system design and development

What We’re Looking For
