Orchestrate Hospitality in Des Moines is seeking an entry-level Marketing & Guest Engagement Coordinator to tell the stories of our hospitality brands through short-form video and vibrant food photography.

You will work on-site at Des Moines locations, shooting daily content, tasting seasonal menus, and collaborating with General Managers and Executive Chefs to drive foot traffic and build digital communities across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Competenze

• Four-year degree required in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Entry-level; experience in marketing/social media support preferred.
• Experience in hospitality industry beneficial.

Orchestrate Hospitality is a leading management company representing a roster of unique independent restaurant, market and hotel brands in central Iowa. From high-energy, interactive concepts to upscale local favorites, each property boasts its own distinct voice, culture and culinary vision.

We are seeking a high-energy, visually driven Marketing & Guest Engagement Coordinator who can help tell the stories of our brands. If you love crafting short-form video, engaging with others and capturing irresistible food photos that shine on screen, this role is for you.

As our Marketing & Engagement Coordinator, you will be the visual 'eyes and ears' for our Des Moines hospitality concepts. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, your primary objective is to drive foot traffic, generate social media engagement, correspond with guests and build digital communities across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

This is not a sit-at-your-desk job. You will spend significant time on-site at our Des Moines locations: shooting daily content, tasting seasonal menus, capturing kitchen action, and collaborating with General Managers and Executive Chefs.

Four-year degree from an accredited university required. Major in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.

Entry-level; experience in a marketing/social media support role preferred. Experience in hospitality industry beneficial.
