Job summary

DemandFactor, a data-driven B2B growth agency in Minneapolis, seeks a senior marketing leader to own and execute the company's marketing strategy. You will lead demand-gen, ABM, and digital performance programs to drive pipeline and ROI.

This role builds a strong brand, a high-impact content engine, partners with Sales for full-funnel results, and oversees KPIs, analytics, attribution, and budget. Flexible, remote-friendly workplace offers autonomy and the chance to shape a growing marketing
