Job summary

NEO Surgical Group is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the strategic direction, performance, and growth of all marketing activities. You will oversee marketing teams, develop referral relationships with attorneys and healthcare providers, and ensure marketing aligns with long-term business objectives.

Travel is required and considered an essential function of the role. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and deep knowledge of healthcare referral marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare marketing.
• Experience in Personal Injury, Orthopedics, Spine, or Pain Management preferred.
• Strong understanding of referral-based healthcare marketing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement strategies based on performance metrics.

• Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with executive leadership on company growth initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, manage, and evaluate all marketing representatives and outreach personnel.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase patient volume and market share.
• Oversee referral development efforts with attorneys, medical providers, clinics, case managers, and other referral sources.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships within the personal injury and healthcare communities.
• Drive business development initiatives throughout Florida markets.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, ROI, referral data, and market trends.
• Create and manage budgets, campaigns, events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all locations and marketing channels.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support company growth into new markets.
• Work closely with operational leaders to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established relationships with Personal Injury Attorneys and law firms.


• Experience working with referral networks in the Florida healthcare market.


• Knowledge of Personal Injury case flow and healthcare operations.


• Experience scaling marketing teams and supporting multi-location growth.
