Job summary

MERU is seeking a Director of Marketing to shape our brand strategy and growth initiatives across private equity and corporate clients. You will partner with leadership to design campaigns, assets, and demand programs that align with service lines and cross-functional teams.

You will lead a high-impact marketing function from our Atlanta or New York City office, with travel up to 25%. The role requires a strategic thinker with storytelling and executive communication skills and a proven ability

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing or client strategy roles.
• Proven track record in high-touch, trust-based, low-volume sales/relationship environments.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an integrated marketing strategy in partnership with leadership.
• Develop campaigns and brand assets for private equity and Csuite audiences.
• Ensure alignment of service lines and cross-channel communications.
• Drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate marketing resources and vendors.
