Job Description

Lead the Foundation and its schools to achieve its mission and goals through school operations and management, program development, fundraising and donor relations, and strong financial management.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Proven organizational experience in a leadership and management role
• Understanding of non‑profit governance and public policy pertinent to education and school management
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, audit and resource management, and validated experience in program development and evaluation to ensure effectiveness and alignment with corporate mission and goals
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager or Accounting Manager, able to deal with local and international clients or stakeholders, and knowledgeable in sales and marketing especially in finance or accounting
• Basic salary range: P50,000–P60,000 (market data to be confirmed)
• Allowance: P10,000 per month (transportation/reimbursement with receipts to be non‑taxable)
• Must be a college graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Accounting
• Age 50 to 58 years old (CATHOLIC)
• Willing to work in San Juan, Manila, and complete requirements
