  • Translate consumer, category, competitive, and channel insights into actionable strategic recommendations and commercial plans.
  • Identify “where to play” and “how to win” opportunities across major chain segments (e.g., QSR, fast casual, casual dining, emerging chains, convenience).
  • Influence portfolio and pipeline priorities in partnership with RD&A and Commercial leaders across meat (coatings, seasonings), food (dairy sauces & sides) and beverage (Kerry brands portfolio & finished beverage solutions).
  • Support joint business planning and long-range strategy discussions with internal leadership and key customers.

Strategic Marketing Program Leadership

  • Ensure the sales team has the tools, stories, and content needed to execute effectively with their accounts.
  • Build repeatable, insight led programs that elevate Kerry’s value proposition across taste, nutrition, sustainability, and innovation to the foodservice industry
  • Partner with Insights to generate and socialize proprietary Foodservice Chains insights that shape commercial strategy and customer engagement.
  • Oversee team execution of best-in‑class end to end marketing deliverables: content development, capabilities storytelling, occasion platforms, trends narratives, selling decks, and executive-ready materials.

Executive Customer Engagement & Presentation Leadership

  • Lead strategic, high impact customer engagements with priority Foodservice Chain accounts—including executive meetings, joint strategy sessions, immersion sessions, and business reviews.
  • Deliver compelling, insight-rich, and visually engaging customer presentations that strengthen Kerry’s position as a strategic partner.
  • Represent the Foodservice Chains business in cross-regional and global forums when executive-level marketing input is required.
  • Elevate Kerry’s brand and market presence in foodservice through thought leadership, forward-looking trends analysis, and best in class customer storytelling.
