You’ll Be Responsible For:

Performance Marketing That Matters:

• Designing and executing omnichannel campaigns across:
• Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest
• Google & YouTube Ads
• Podcasts, PR, and influencer collabs
• Creating funnels, writing copy, and tracking performance like a pro
• Strategically repurposing existing assets (books, courses, podcast content, media features) to increase visibility and revenue
• Bringing in aligned leads and filling event seats with magnetic campaigns
• Managing ads from strategy to execution, optimizing for conversions
• Ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all digital touchpoints

Who You Are

You’re a strategic thinker with a high-performance edge, and you’re not here to play small. You have:

• A proven track record of delivering exceptional ROI across multiple channels
• Deep experience building high-converting marketing funnels from the ground up
• Mastery in paid ads and results-based email marketing
• A love for crafting conversion-optimized content, offers, and experiences
• An eye on the full customer journey—you get user experience and conversion flow
• An ability to see both the big picture and the data behind it
• A self-starter mindset—you don’t wait for permission, you make things happen
• Enthusiasm for collaboration, feedback, and co-creation with the Founder’s voice and vision

Bonus points if you’re savvy with design, Kajabi, or have creative execution skills (but we’ve got in-house support, too).
