- Provide strategic guidance across paid ads, email marketing, and organic content
- Lead or advise on campaign planning, asset briefs, and launch timelines
- Refine internal workflows and set up systems for smoother cross-functional execution
- Analyze performance data, identify gaps, and implement optimizations
- Conduct competitive and trend research to strengthen brand positioning
- Advise on influencer strategy and support partnership alignment
- Collaborate closely with a small, nimble team wearing multiple hats
- 6+ years in marketing or brand leadership roles, ideally in DTC beauty or wellness
- Proven experience with digital campaigns, email strategy, and paid social (Meta/Google)
- Strong operational instincts—able to bring clarity and systems to a small business environment
- Excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and a "let's make it happen" attitude
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Asana or similar tools
- Comfortable consulting part-time with flexibility to grow into a longer-term role
- Part-time, consulting/project-based
- Immediate start preferred (May 2025)
- Initial term: 2–3 months, with strong possibility of extension or retention
- U.S.-based applicants preferred
