TEAM CORE VALUES
  • Ownership - Take initiative. Follow through. Own your impact.
  • Excellence - Do it right. Do it well. Do it once.
  • Growth - Keep evolving. Growth is the standard.
  • Coachability - Listen fully. Learn quickly. Apply immediately.
ROLE

The Marketing Director is responsible for leading Premiere Dance Project's marketing strategy and execution with a primary focus on student acquisition, enrollment growth, and measurable marketing performance. This hands-on role owns paid advertising, campaign strategy, content, email marketing, website and landing-page optimization, tracking and attribution, creative production, and overall brand execution. The Marketing Director is expected to independently manage Meta Ads, evaluate performance, identify opportunities, test new strategies, and make data-informed decisions while maintaining a strong, consistent brand across every customer touchpoint and aligning marketing efforts with Premiere's enrollment, revenue, and growth goals.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Performance-Driven - Understands that marketing must produce measurable business results. Comfortable owning lead generation, monitoring conversion performance, and making decisions based on data rather than simply completing marketing tasks.
  • Strategic + Hands-On - Able to develop the strategy and execute it. This person can move comfortably between analyzing advertising performance, planning a campaign, writing an email, reviewing a landing page, and creating a piece of content.
  • Strong Paid Media Marketer - Has meaningful hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager and understands campaign structure, targeting, retargeting, creative testing, budget allocation, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Creative + Brand-Minded - Has strong visual judgment and understands how messaging, creative, photography, video, design, and customer experience work together to build a recognizable brand.
  • Analytical - Comfortable evaluating marketing metrics, identifying patterns, diagnosing problems, and determining what should be tested or changed.
  • Proactive + Resourceful - Does not need step-by-step direction to move work forward. Identifies problems, recommends solutions, improves systems, and takes ownership of outcomes.
  • Organized - Able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, programs, locations, creative projects, and recurring marketing responsibilities without losing attention to detail.
  • Collaborative - Works effectively across departments and understands how Marketing, Enrollment, Programs, and Operations must work together to create an exceptional customer journey.
  • Growth-Oriented - Open to feedback, proactive in exploring new strategies, and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Capture, edit + manage all studio photo / video content across classes, events, and programs.
  • Maintain and update studio website and oversee digital tools (LinkTree, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc...).

  • Design and produce all branded marketing and studio materials, including email graphics, social media content, posters, flyers, signage, printed materials, digital assets, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain consistent visual branding across all internal and external touchpoints, ensuring materials align with Premiere's brand standards, campaigns, programs, and overall customer experience.
  • Coordinate the preparation, ordering, and production of printed and physical marketing materials as needed.

  • Capture, edit, organize, and manage all studio photography — including recital, programs, classes, and staff — and upload galleries for parent access and sales.
  • Create and manage Premiere apparel, including concept design, ordering blanks/transfers, stocking the apparel room, coordinating production, and overseeing inventory, sales, distribution, and overall brand alignment.
REQUIREMENTS (Expected Proficiencies)
  • 3+ years of professional marketing experience, with demonstrated responsibility for campaigns designed to drive measurable customer acquisition or business growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze advertising results, diagnose performance issues, and determine appropriate next steps without relying on step-by-step direction.
  • Experience developing marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid advertising, organic social media, email, websites, and content.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and the relationship between advertising, landing pages, lead generation, nurture, conversion, and sales.
  • Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
  • Strong visual judgment and the ability to create polished, on-brand marketing materials.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Workspace, Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing platforms.
