Job summary

Meadowview Assisted Living Center, located at 250 NC 210 Highway, Smithfield, NC, 27577, is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the admissions flow and marketing strategy. The role focuses on securing referrals, enhancing payer satisfaction, and driving census growth for the community.

You will work with an experienced leadership team in a supportive environment offering opportunities for professional development and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess an unrestricted driver’s license.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to navigate referral software and electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community.
• Engage in sales/marketing activities away from the facility to secure referrals.
• Support positive payer satisfaction, market penetration, and census goals.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the job is to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community. Responsibilities include guiding the marketing program which ensures strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals. The Marketing Director will primarily and regularly be engaged away from the communication location in hospitals engaging in sales and marketing efforts to secure referrals to the community.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Must have an unrestricted driver's license.

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience working in a healthcare setting.

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software.
