You will craft bold marketing strategies, build partnerships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and home care partners, and drive patient admissions by creating trusted, informative experiences.

You are a proven marketer with 3+ years in healthcare marketing, a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, and a track record of directorial success.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years marketing management experience in healthcare.
• Proven success as a Marketing Director in Skilled Nursing.
• Skilled in aggressive yet tactful marketing and relationship-building.
• Willingness to travel locally about 80% of the time.

• Develop and roll out dynamic marketing plans that spotlight our facility and services.
• Forge and nurture strategic relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospice, and Home Care partners.
• Drive admissions by ensuring smooth, informed transitions from home, hospital, or other facilities.
• Manage all aspects of the admission documentation process with precision and care.
• Be the face of our brand in the community, creating trust and lasting connections.
