Avir at Comanche is seeking a Marketing Director to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and business development initiatives across our Comanche, Texas location, partnering with Hillview teams in Goldthwaite. The role focuses on building a high-performing team and culture while strengthening community relationships to drive census growth.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Customer service, marketing, or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in principles of marketing and knowledge of marketing tools/techniques.
• Proficient in social media marketing and relevant computer applications.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience with nursing homes is a plus.

This position will serve both Avir at Comanche in Comanche, Texas, and Avir at Hillview in Goldthwaite, Texas.

We are searching for a Marketing Director who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. This individual will partner closely with facility and regional leadership to strengthen community relationships, increase awareness of our services, and help ensure those entrusted to our care have access to the services they need.

The primary purpose is to plan, coordinate, and implement marketing and business development programs to support organizational objectives, census growth, referral development, community outreach, and social media strategies.
