Avir Vista seeks a Marketing Director to lead marketing and business development across Comanche, TX and Hillview, Goldthwaite, TX. This resident- and family-focused leader will build a high-performing team, partner with facility leadership, and raise awareness of our services to drive census growth.

The role emphasizes relationship building with hospitals, physicians, referral partners, residents and communities while implementing holistic marketing and social media strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in social media marketing and marketing tools.

Job description

This position will serve both Avir at Comanche in Comanche, Texas, and Avir at Hillview in Goldthwaite, Texas.

The Marketing Director will support business development and census growth for both communities by developing strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, referral partners, residents, families, and the surrounding communities.

We are searching for a Marketing Director who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. This individual will partner closely with facility and regional leadership to strengthen community relationships, increase awareness of our services, and help ensure those entrusted to our care have access to the services they need.

The primary purpose is to plan, coordinate, and implement marketing and business development programs to support organizational objectives, census growth, referral development, community outreach, and social media strategies.

Qualifications for Marketing Director:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Customer service, marketing, or sales experience.
• Proficient in the principles of marketing and knowledge of marketing tools and techniques.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Proficient in social media marketing.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience with Nursing Homes.
