We help architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, and government organizations better understand, document, manage, and make decisions about physical environments.

As QRC continues to scale, we are looking for a talented, highly motivated Marketing Director to build the marketing engine that supports our next stage of growth.

The Opportunity

About Quantum Reality Capture

Quantum Reality Capture is a growing geospatial technology and services company operating at the intersection of reality capture, LiDAR, geospatial intelligence, digital twins, AI, and the built environment.

We help architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, and government organizations better understand, document, manage, and make decisions about physical environments.

Our business combines professional reality capture and geospatial services with the sale, implementation, and support of advanced reality capture hardware and software.

As QRC continues to scale, we are looking for a talented, highly motivated Marketing Director to build the marketing engine that supports our next stage of growth.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role.

We are looking for a hands-on marketing leader and builder who can think strategically and execute tactically.

You will own QRC's day-to-day marketing execution—from demand generation and content creation to social media, digital marketing, events, SEO, website optimization, sales enablement, and performance analytics.

You will work directly with the President & CRO and play an important role in shaping QRC's market position, brand, pipeline, and growth strategy.

There is no large marketing department behind you. You will have access to outside resources when appropriate, but you should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing the work yourself.

If you need a large team or agency to execute your ideas, this probably isn't the right role.

If you like building, experimenting, creating, measuring, and seeing your work directly influence revenue, it may be.

What You'll Own
Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing

Build and execute integrated campaigns designed to generate qualified opportunities and support revenue growth.

You will:

  • Develop multi-channel demand-generation campaigns across email, social, digital, events, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
  • Build nurture campaigns that convert prospects into conversations.
  • Develop campaigns around QRC's services, technology solutions, events, partnerships, and thought leadership.
  • Work directly with sales leadership to identify priority markets, accounts, personas, and opportunities.
  • Improve the conversion path from marketing engagement to qualified sales opportunity.
  • Continuously test messaging, offers, channels, and calls to action.
  • Measure marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Content & Thought Leadership

Help establish QRC and its leadership as authoritative voices in reality capture and geospatial intelligence.

Create and manage:

  • LinkedIn and social content
  • Thought-leadership articles
  • Email campaigns and newsletters
  • Case studies and customer stories
  • Sales collateral and presentations
  • Product and service messaging
  • Event campaigns
  • Video and visual content
  • Website content
  • Executive communications

You should be an excellent writer and storyteller who can translate complex technology into clear, persuasive business value.

Digital Marketing, Website & SEO

Own QRC's digital presence and continuously improve its ability to attract, educate, and convert prospects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Website content and ongoing optimization
  • Landing-page creation
  • SEO strategy and execution
  • Keyword research
  • On-page SEO
  • Conversion optimization
  • Website analytics
  • Paid digital campaigns when appropriate
  • Marketing automation and email marketing
  • Performance reporting

You don't need to be a full-stack developer, but you should be technically capable enough to make routine website changes, build landing pages, manage content, and work effectively with outside development resources when needed.

Social Media

Own QRC's organic social presence, with an emphasis on LinkedIn.

Develop a consistent content strategy that builds:

  • Brand awareness
  • Executive thought leadership
  • Audience engagement
  • Website traffic
  • Event visibility
  • Qualified inbound interest

You should understand that B2B social media is not simply about posting—it is about building credibility, creating conversations, and generating commercial opportunities.

Events & Trade Shows

QRC participates in industry conferences, trade shows, demonstrations, and partner events throughout the year.

You will coordinate marketing around these events, including:

  • Event selection and planning
  • Messaging and creative
  • Booth graphics and collateral
  • Pre-event promotion
  • Meeting-generation campaigns
  • On-site coordination
  • Social media coverage
  • Lead capture
  • Post-event nurture and follow-up
  • Event ROI measurement

The objective isn't simply to attend events. It is to turn events into pipeline.

Sales Enablement

Work closely with the President & CRO and sales team to create tools that help move opportunities forward.

Examples include:

  • Capability statements
  • Industry-specific collateral
  • Product and service one-pagers
  • Competitive positioning
  • Case studies
  • Customer presentations
  • Proposal content
  • Email sequences
  • Sales campaigns

You should naturally think about marketing through the lens of what helps sales create and close opportunities.

What Success Looks Like

We are looking for someone who is intensely interested in outcomes—not activity.

You will establish, track, and continuously improve KPIs including:

  • Marketing-generated leads
  • Marketing-qualified opportunities
  • Pipeline influenced by marketing
  • Campaign conversion rates
  • Email engagement and conversion
  • Website traffic and conversion
  • Organic search performance
  • Social engagement and audience growth
  • Event-generated pipeline
  • Cost per lead/opportunity
  • Marketing ROI

Within your first year, we expect you to have built a more consistent, measurable, and scalable marketing engine for QRC.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has approximately 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within technology, SaaS, AEC, geospatial, construction technology, engineering, professional services, or another complex B2B environment.

More important than industry experience is your ability to learn quickly, communicate intelligently, and execute independently.

You are:

  • A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
  • Strategic enough to develop the plan and tactical enough to execute it.
  • Creative and willing to challenge conventional B2B marketing.
  • An exceptional written and verbal communicator.
  • Persuasive and capable of translating technology into business value.
  • Curious and intellectually agile.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable operating in a growing entrepreneurial company.
  • Metrics-driven and commercially minded.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
  • Accountable for outcomes and comfortable owning decisions.
  • Resourceful—you figure things out.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing demand-generation campaigns.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content-development capabilities.
  • Social media management, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Email marketing and marketing automation experience.
  • Website/CMS management experience.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
  • Experience supporting or managing conferences and trade shows.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing technology platforms.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects from concept through execution.
Highly Valued

Experience in one or more of the following would be especially valuable:

  • Architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC)
  • Geospatial technology
  • Reality capture or LiDAR
  • Construction technology
  • SaaS or B2B technology
  • Professional services
  • Hardware/software technology sales
  • Government/public-sector marketing
  • HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • WordPress or comparable CMS platforms
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative tools
  • AI-enabled marketing and content workflows
How We Work

QRC is a growing company, which means priorities move quickly and opportunities emerge fast.

We value people who see something that needs to be done and take ownership of it.

You’ll have significant autonomy, direct access to company leadership, and the ability to influence how QRC goes to market.

We aren't looking for someone to maintain an established marketing machine.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build one.

Why QRC

Reality capture is rapidly evolving beyond simply collecting 3D data.

The convergence of LiDAR, AI, digital twins, spatial computing, and advanced visualization is changing how organizations understand and manage the built environment.

QRC intends to be at the forefront of that evolution.

This role offers the opportunity to help define that story, build the brand around it, and directly influence the growth of the company.
