Job summary

INSIGHTEC is seeking a Director of Marketing, Americas to drive regional adoption of their focused ultrasound technology. You will lead a high-performing team, shape education content, and align regional efforts with global strategies to grow market penetration and brand awareness.

You will collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs, orchestrating campaigns, webinars, and field programs that educate patients and providers and optimize hospital program workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in medical devices/healthcare, with downstream marketing and field roles.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive outcomes in a matrixed org.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on program implementation to improve patient journey.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare and hospital operations.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and exec leadership.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Welkin).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead regional marketing strategies to support product adoption and lead generation across the Americas.
  • Align regional execution with global marketing strategies and upstream product development priorities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to influence messaging, education content, and product roadmaps.
  • Directly manage three Market Development Managers and one Marketing Manager.
  • Provide mentorship, performance coaching, and professional development for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to ensure marketing alignment and growth.
  • Partner with hospital administrators and key opinion leaders to develop localized awareness and referral campaigns.
  • Own and refine Four Pillars of Market Development.
  • Design and lead webinars, awareness campaigns, and field programs to increase utilization.
  • Guide Program Engagement to optimise patient experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Track and report funnel health, conversion rates, and program capacity to guide decisions.
  • Ensure consistent execution of best practices across programs and remove bottlenecks.
  • Lead participation in regional trade shows, conferences, and awareness events.

Position Summary:

The Director of Marketing, Americas, is responsible for leading all downstream marketing and market development activities across the region. This role is critical to driving adoption of INSIGHTEC’s groundbreaking focused ultrasound technology through strategic marketing, program execution, and cross‑functional leadership. With a strong focus on patient and provider education support, this role oversees a dynamic team.

This individual will develop and execute marketing strategies that accelerate regional adoption, deepen market penetration, and elevate brand awareness while optimizing operational workflows within hospital programs. The role requires a seasoned marketing leader with a passion for innovation, strong team leadership, and a hands‑on approach to executing campaigns that change lives.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Program Leadership
  • Develop and lead regional marketing strategies to support product adoption, drive lead generation, and engage both patients and providers across the Americas.
  • Align regional execution with global marketing strategies and upstream product development priorities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to influence messaging, educational content, and product roadmaps.
Team Management & Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support speaking engagements, physician roundtables, and other community‑based education efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
