Job summary

CRB Workforce, LLC is seeking a Marketing Designer to craft web layouts, ads, and brand assets from a shared kit. You will collaborate with marketing on campaigns, developer handoff, and trade show materials while maintaining brand integrity.

You will leverage Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, and AI tools like Claude to accelerate production, with an emphasis on craft and measurable impact. The role is on-site at Dania Pointe with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a portfolio showing design craft and reasoning.
• Proficient with Figma or Photoshop for design work.
• Experience using AI design tools like Claude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build web and landing page layouts in Figma and hand off to developers.
• Create advertising creative for Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn with multiple variants and insights.
• Craft partner resources, decks, one-pagers, and assets for trade shows; produce motion graphics/video.
• Oversee creative requests, set priorities with the Performance Marketing Manager and meet deadlines.
• Interpret briefs, ask clarifying questions, deliver work aligned with objectives.
• Leverage Claude and AI tools while ensuring brand consistency and asset organization.
