Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Marketing Specialist for the Atlanta Multifamily Investment Sales Team. You will design marketing materials using Adobe InDesign to showcase high-end multifamily properties across Georgia, primarily Atlanta, while ensuring brand consistency.

Collaboration with Analysts and Sales Partners is essential to translate data into compelling visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Communications or equivalent industry experience.
• Moderate knowledge of marketing and communications disciplines.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and mild competency in Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing materials to showcase high-end multifamily properties.
• Transfer Analyst content from Excel/Word to InDesign.
• Prepare offering memorandums with Senior Graphic Designer.
• Coordinate with Analysts and Sales Partners; schedule photography and prints.
• Ensure cohesive branding across the SB-MAG platform.
