S2B Inc. is seeking a full-time Marketing Designer in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to craft marketing content behind our products and maintain brand consistency across channels. You’ll work beside our product photographer, shaping imagery into compelling assets and campaigns.
Responsibilities include creating assets for social, email, banners, and our product catalog, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and leveraging AI tools when appropriate.
S2B Inc. is the parent company of TRUE MODS. We design, source, and sell our own lines of aftermarket automotive parts and accessories, with a focus on lighting, across our own website and major marketplaces. We control the full customer-facing presentation of every product we launch, from the first listing image to the instruction manual in the box.
We are a small team working on-site in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Everyone here owns real work and sees it reach customers.
We are looking for a full-time, in-house Marketing Designer to create the marketing content behind our products and keep everything we put out consistent with our brand. Most of the work is campaign and channel creative: social media ads, website banners, email and sales material, plus our product catalog and the instruction manuals that ship in the box.
You will work alongside our product photographer, who focuses on making the product itself look right. Your side is everything built around and on top of that imagery, the graphics and marketing assets that turn a clean product shot into something that sells. You will offer input and guidance on how imagery supports the brand, with final creative direction coming from the Marketing Director.
We already have brand guidelines in place. A large part of this job is making sure our output stays inside them, across every channel and every product category.
AI is a working part of this job. We use AI image generation as a production tool, and we are looking for someone who is strong with it and has the craft to produce the same result by hand when the tool falls short. If that is not how you like to work, this probably is not the right fit.
We are a small team, and we are not rigid about how work gets done. If you find a better way to work, we want to hear it. If it takes a new tool or subscription, we will buy it.
There is no scripted career ladder here. New capabilities tend to go to whoever wants to take them on. For example, we do very little video today. If that changes, it goes to whoever raises their hand. We would rather grow someone into a bigger role than bring in someone new.
