Job summary

Cresa in the United States is seeking a Marketing Design Manager to lead the creative concept development and implementation across business development, internal communications, social media, events, and branding.

The ideal candidate will have professional services experience in commercial real estate or related fields, with strong design direction, brand stewardship, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive marketing/graphic design experience, incl. manager-level responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive proposal development, content, quality control, and submittals including design elements.
• Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials (digital and print).
• Manage collateral from development to distribution and update as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce qualification materials, case studies, bios, playbooks, and proposals.
• Strategize and execute advertising to support regional sales and national brand efforts.
