Noma Security is redefining how organizations secure their data lifecycle in the AI era. As ourfirst Marketing Design Lead, you’ll build the brand from the ground up—owning everything from visual identity to creative execution across web, social, content, and sales collateral.

This role is perfect for a builder: someone who thrives in early-stage environments, wants to shape how a company looks and feels in the world, and can take a blank slate and turn it into a cohesive, scalable brand experience.

You'll report to theHead of Corporate Marketingand work closely with theVP Marketing, Product, Sales, and company leadership. If you’re a hands-on design leader with a B2B mindset and a consumer-brand soul—we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own Noma’s visual identity, including brand guidelines, tone, color, typography, and templates
  • Create high-quality marketing assets: website, landing pages, whitepapers, one-pagers, event booths, social graphics, investor decks, and more
  • Build and manage our design systems and templates across tools like Figma, Google Slides, and Canva
  • Collaborate closely with Product Design to ensure brand consistency across product and marketing
  • Drive creative strategy for digital channels including LinkedIn, web, and email
  • Enable cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, leadership) with easy-to-use branded templates and assets
  • Contribute to internal comms and culture with smart, accessible design that brings the brand to life inside and out
  • Operate with ownership, speed, and creative confidence—you’ll be setting the bar

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in marketing/brand/creative design, preferably at high-growth B2B SaaS startups
  • Proven ability to create and evolve brand systems from scratch
  • Mastery of tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace
  • Deep experience designing websites, sales materials, and social media campaigns
  • Excellent visual taste, layout, typography, and storytelling skills
  • Highly organized with an operational mindset—you know how to make creative work work across a company
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable iterating in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with product design teams—bonus points if you’ve worked closely with product marketing or growth
  • Bonus:Copywriting experience
