Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Graphic design experience with Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing activities including online syndication, email, and direct mail campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, flyers, postcards, and presentation packages using InDesign or Photoshop.
• Increase market exposure of property listings and the company overall.
• Manage social media accounts and the company website.
• Coordinate with clients, inspectors, appraisers, escrow officers, and other real estate professionals during transactions.
