Summary
This is a key role within the Marketing Operations function, requiring a confident, hands-on professional with the ability to own our Marketing database health strategy as well as own and optimize core areas of our MarTech stack, such as our Sales Engagement Platform Salesloft and ABM Platform 6Sense.
The day-to-day responsibilities will support the broader marketing team by driving projects that enable accurate and enhanced data for effective campaign execution and delivering reports for continuous improvement. This role will also serve as a primary point of contact for our Business Development team, ensuring technology adoption and alignment with BDR and Marketing objectives to drive platform best practices and team enablement.
Additionally, this role includes key administrative duties within our 6sense platform such as segmentation building, keyword updates, and management of data taxonomy. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of our Account Based Marketing (ABM) efforts and shape how we target, engage, and convert high-value accounts.
There are significant opportunities for growth via special projects which will provide deeper involvement in the strategic development of our MarTech ecosystem.

Who are you?Passionate about data, analytics and marketing technologyNaturally inquisitive and analyticalThrive in fast-paced, evolving environmentsComfortable managing multiple stakeholdersExcel in a remote role, collaborating with a geographically dispersed teamA proactive team player, eager to learn and take ownershipThe responsibilities of the role include:- Own and optimize Salesloft, including managing configuration, workflows, cadence libraries, reporting, user enablement, and alignment with BDR and Marketing teams
- Own the optimization process of prospect data inc. cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment to ensure precise campaign segmentation. Deliver regular progress reports
- Manage all data list uploads from events/webinars into our MAP (Marketo) and ensure efficient lead scoring, enrichment, and routing to Salesloft/BDR teams
- Monitor and report on Salesloft and Marketo performance, using analytics to support ABM and outbound BDR strategies
- Manage and maintain 6sense platform activities, including:
- Building and updating segmentation
- Keyword list management
- Ensuring data taxonomy integrity
- Supporting alignment of 6sense insights with marketing and sales activation
- Ensure adoption and usage with global BDR team
- Design and manage processes within Asana our Project Management Tool, ensuring adoption and enablement of the team.
- Conduct monthly website cookie compliance and privacy checks
- Use GA4 to analyse website performance and user behaviour and develop dashboards to support the web team
- Produce email metrics reporting and collaborate with the content team to iterate on messaging and format
- Contribute to cross-functional and ad hoc projects
What we’re looking for:Must have skills/experience: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting marketing or revenue operations teams, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience owning or managing a Sales Engagement Platform (Salesloft experience advantageous)
- Experience with intent platforms/ABM tools (6sense experience is a plus)
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Experienced Marketo User
- Experience in managing project management tools (Asana preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting; comfortable with pivot tables, lookups etc.
- Experience in Google Analytics 4 (advantageous)
- A self-starter who is eager to develop new skills, owns their work, and embraces new technologies
