Capgemini is seeking an innovative Marketing Data Scientist to help drive data-informed decision making across our marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll combine advanced analytics with marketing expertise to optimize customer experiences and campaign performance.

In this role, you'll combine advanced analytics with marketing expertise to optimize customer experiences and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Audience Analytics: Deepen understanding of TIAA prospects and customers.
  • Create capabilities that provide detailed views of audiences and how they are connected to existing marketing efforts.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast customer behaviors such as churn, lifetime value, and response rates to inform marketing strategy and improve effectiveness.
  • Advanced Measurement: Develop the marketing attribution strategy for key business outcomes to measure the impact of marketing activities on each stage of the customer lifecycle and optimize marketing spend.
  • Establish clear marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks.
  • Build experiments (A/B, holdouts, and causal inference) to measure the incremental impact of marketing.
  • Develop advanced capabilities that combine marketing attribution and MMM for holistic ROI measurement.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science & AI, marketing analytics, and technology trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
