Position Summary

As a Manager of Marketing Analytics, you'll be responsible for reporting on the entire marketing funnel — from lead engagement to upsell opportunities. You will handle the technical creation of reports and dashboards, system connections, and troubleshooting as needed. You should be able to answer queries from business leaders with clear data and proactively study data to provide actionable insights. Collaboration with Business Units, Sales Operations, and IT teams will be essential to optimize existing technology and suggest new tools for the reporting tech stack.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Own and stabilize the Marketing data environment within the CRM, collaborating with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops teams to ensure data quality and leverage data-driven insights for marketing and sales efforts.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and insights.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review reports and ad hoc requests for Business Units and Marketing Leadership.
  • Maintain data integrity through hygiene processes, system audits, data appending, and governance measures.

Campaign Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and assist teams with strategies to optimize campaigns.
  • Refine targeting and messaging based on data insights in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Work with Digital & Technology, Sales Operations, and Sales Analytics teams to integrate marketing systems with other business systems.
  • Implement and oversee marketing data integration into the organization’s business intelligence platform.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in data analytics and SQL database handling.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy.
  • Experience in marketing and/or product management, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Experience with marketing data sources, including web analytics, advertising, and email data.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com reporting.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience handling and analyzing large datasets in a global organization.
