The Marketing Data Administrator will oversee and operate the firm's CRM platform, HubSpot, including Marketing, Sales, and Content hubs. This specialist will record and leverage data via workflows and reporting to inform and support our inbound marketing approach.
This position is remote and you must live in the following states to be considered. (Florida, New York, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia and Washington DC).
Responsibilities:
- Manage the firm's CRM platform, HubSpot, including Marketing, Sales, and Content tools.
- Act as administrator, educator, problem solver, and enablement lead for HubSpot. Collaborate with the marketing team in support of business development and sales.
- Maintain data hygiene for companies, contacts, deals, and reports conducting deduplication and demographic verification for accurate audience lists. Custodianship of marketing data integrity.
- Explore programmatic improvements using HubSpot APIs, integration logic flows, and user-experience-focused notifications. Act as HubSpot champion, presenting the latest functionality for team consideration.
- Design and implement automated workflows, email automation processes, approval processes, and data validation rules to support lead nurturing and MQL/SQL handoff.
- Conduct data imports and manage data associated with Emails, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, MQLs, Events, Social, and Ads.
- Analyze business performance, marketing/sales data, and trends to identify growth opportunities and track campaign and revenue goals.
- Create and maintain lead-scoring models based on digital engagement metrics, demographics, and live event data.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights on the performance of Marketing and Sales tools such as Forms, CTAs, and ongoing KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, finance, and client service to deliver insights and support strategic projects.
- Contribute to overarching business unit growth strategy and annual planning efforts.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Documented experience with HubSpot Marketing and/or Sales Hub (HS Certifications and a minimum of 2 years' experience).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot's CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, including custom objects, workflows, and reporting.
- Proven data management skills and experience in data import, cleanup, and deduplication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to take independent ownership of projects or problems; troubleshoot issues, find solutions, and liaise with third-party vendors as needed.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-driven and motivated to seek solutions, identify new skills, and adapt to the evolving technological landscape.
- Passion for identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail as well as ability to request a ‘second set of eyes’, accept and apply feedback and edits.
- Intellectual curiosity with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new subjects and passion for knowledge sharing.

Compensation
The base pay for this position has a salary of $50,000 – $70,000. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors including the individual’s qualifications, experience as well as location. In addition, certain positions are eligible for bonuses or commissions.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer screen.
Education and Experience:
- HubSpot Marketing and/or Sales Hub Certifications Required (& min of 2yrs exp w/ references)
- Experience with SQL and/or Power BI.
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Excel Associate Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher; knowledge of the following subjects a plus: Business Studies; Business Administration; Law Firm Operations; Information Technology.
