Job summary

Shaw Industries’ MCX Training Program seeks ambitious recent graduates to join January 2027 or June 2027 cohorts. Over 18 months, you will rotate through Patcraft, Shaw Contract, and Customer Experience, gaining hands-on exposure to marketing strategy, branding, and customer insights within Shaw Commercial.

Based at The Create Centre in Cartersville, GA, the program includes corporate housing for relocation and mentorship from seasoned CX and marketing professionals to prepare you for leadership

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
