Description

This role supports the Marketing Department through the creation of high-quality visual materials, marketing collateral, digital & video assets, event support, branch merchandising, digital platform support, website design and maintenance, and related marketing operations. This position helps ensure the Bank’s brand is represented consistently and professionally across print, digital, branch, and customer-facing channels, while supporting departmental workflow, project execution, vendor coordination, online visibility, and internal stakeholder needs. The role works closely with other Marketing team members to deliver timely, accurate, compliant, and effective marketing materials and initiatives, while developing the knowledge needed to assume greater ownership of assigned platforms, processes, and branch merchandising responsibilities over time.

Essential Duties
  1. Creative Production & Brand-Aligned Materials: Create professional, on-brand marketing materials for print, digital and video use across a variety of channels and initiatives. Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards, design best practices, accessibility considerations, and project objectives.
  2. Marketing Content & Collateral Support: Develop and produce high-quality written and visual marketing materials in support of the Bank’s overall marketing plan, campaigns, products, services, community initiatives, and internal communications. Collaborate with Marketing team members and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into effective marketing content that supports brand awareness, engagement, and organizational goals.
  3. Digital Platform Support: Assist with scheduling, updating, and maintaining content across digital platforms, including but not limited to internal and external signage, online banking advertising, e-mail marketing platforms, website-related graphics, intranet graphics or content support, and other digital communication channels. Support the development, scheduling, testing, and deployment of e‑mail marketing campaigns, including content updates, list coordination, proofreading, and quality assurance to help ensure accurate, timely, and brand‑consistent communications.
  4. Website & Intranet Backup Support: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the Bank’s website and intranet platforms to serve as a backup resource, assist with routine content updates, and support departmental continuity as needed.
  5. Event Support: Assist with community and bank events, including event materials, signage, promotional displays, and branded support items. Ensure event‑related materials and visual presentations align with corporate objectives, campaign messaging, and brand standards.
  6. Branch Merchandising: Assist with branch merchandising efforts, initially working in collaboration with other team members on branch collateral, signage, promotional displays, and branded materials. Over time, develop the knowledge and ownership necessary to lead, maintain, and coordinate branch merchandising efforts, ensuring materials remain visually consistent, professional, current, and aligned with approved brand standards and campaign objectives.
  7. Google Business Profile & Review Support: Assist with the management of the Bank’s Google Business Profiles in collaboration with the Marketing & Digital Officer and third‑party vendors to support accurate listings, brand consistency, and online visibility. Over time, develop the knowledge and ownership necessary to maintain Google Business Profile updates and coordinate the customer review response process across Google and App Stores, ensuring timely, professional, and consistent handling of reviews in alignment with Bank standards.
  8. Branch and Operational Marketing Support: Assist with branch and operational marketing activities as needed, serving as a backup resource to the team member responsible for leading these efforts. Support activities may include business card ordering, direct mail coordination, print requests, inventory organization, marketing storage, office supply coordination, invoice processing, and other administrative or operational tasks that help maintain efficient department operations.
  9. Brand Consistency & Quality Control: Help protect and maintain the Bank’s brand identity by ensuring materials are visually consistent, accurate, professional, and aligned with approved standards. Proofread and review creative materials for design quality, grammar, spelling, formatting, required disclosures, and compliance routing needs before distribution.
  10. General Marketing Support: Assist the Marketing team with campaigns, events, promotions, communications, reporting, and other department priorities as needed. Contribute to the marketing calendar, annual marketing plan, budget tracking, and departmental reporting where appropriate.
