Job Description

We are seeking an organized, creative-savvy, and client-facing Project Manager to join our Digital Marketing Agency. This dynamic position offers exposure to cutting-edge projects and industry-leading, best-in-class brands, and it has excellent growth potential. This is a hands-on role, leading agency project teams in the delivery of our end-to-end advertising and marketing-oriented services on client engagements. The ideal candidate will bring experience in all stages of the creative production lifecycle – estimating budgets and definition of scope, planning timelines and resources, all the way through managing deliverables / change to successfully deliver projects on time, on budget, and to client’s satisfaction.

Prior interactive advertising/digital agency experience is preferred. Prior financial services marketing experience is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5-7+ years’ experience as a Project Manager / Producer / Traffic Manager / Production Manager for creative-based projects for traditional print and digital marketing channels.
  • Prior advertising agency or other professional services experience.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge and management of the marketing creative production lifecycle, tactical channels and form factors (including print, out of home, email, digital display advertising, social, and web)
  • Ability to use enterprise work management tools (Adobe Workfront or similar software) to plan, create and maintain detailed project timelines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify, assess and communicate project risks
  • Management of creative team members (designers, copywriters, proofreaders, etc.)
  • Capable of multi-tasking and management of multiple concurrent deliverables
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Light knowledge of industry standard creative production tools (Acrobat, Creative Cloud, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, AEM, and Dreamweaver)
  • Working knowledge of industry standard communication and collaboration tools (Teams, Mural, etc.)

Desirable Skills and Experience: (Any of these are a plus):

  • Knowledge of marketing web development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of brand development and branding design
  • Designing and testing for WCAG / ADA compliance
  • Understand the capabilities of standard web applications and advanced web technologies, content management and/or e-commerce platforms
  • Understand and apply Agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum
  • Transactional and database driven marketing programs
  • Web tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Omniture or Google Analytics)
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Enterprise content management systems (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, or Sitecore)
  • Understand, interpret and clarify technical guidelines and requirements
  • Strong understanding of QA tools/methodologies
  • Knowledge of clients’ business, competitors, and industry trends

Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $105000 - $120000 / year.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
