Aramark is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the Newark, Delaware account to drive base business growth through the 4 Ps of marketing. You will manage meal plan sales and consumer engagement while upholding Aramark Collegiate Hospitality branding across the campus.

The role supports the District Marketing Manager and operations, supervises student interns, coordinates promotions, and maintains digital tools and social media to ensure consistent campus signage and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and implement base business growth programs to improve sales and pricing accuracy.
• Collaborate with District Marketing Manager and operations to prepare Client Business Reviews and manage data in Meal Plan Analytics.
• Maintain client relations and collaborate with Aramark and client teams to achieve goals.
• Identify opportunities for new innovations, technology solutions, products and services to support sales growth and retention.
• Monitor marketing program results and gather customer feedback; participate in DiningStyles and VOC reporting at meetings.
• Support training and branding across the account, and coordinate promotions and signage.

Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator uses the 4 P's of Marketing and is responsible for the implementation and execution of marketing programs which support profitable base business growth, consumer satisfaction and client retention within a single account. The Marketing Coordinator helps to support all critical business initiatives including pricing, meal plan sales, overall sales growth and consumer engagement for their account and Aramark Collegiate Hospitality. The Marketing Coordinator upholds and represents the Aramark Collegiate Hospitality brand, the client's brand and all branding elements

Job Responsibilities

Base Business Growth

• Responsible for executing and implementing base business growth programs and strategies to improve sales, ensure pricing accuracy and increase voluntary meal plan participation/sales. Ensures all promotions, sales enablers and other Executional Framework initiatives are implemented across the account.
• Collaborates with District Marketing Manager and operations team to assist in writing the Client Business Review and is accountable for the data and results entered into Meal Plan Analytics database.
• Interacts with client and maintains effective client and customer relations as well as maintains strong relationships with all levels of the Aramark team to accomplish goals and objectives.
• Looks for opportunities to implement new innovations, technology solutions, products and services which support sales growth and client retention.
• Measures results of marketing programs and gains customer feedback.
• Ensures participation in DiningStyles and Voice of the Consumer (VOC) and presents results at team and client meetings each semester.

Team Development:

• Works with/manages student marketing intern(s) to ensure all program logistics/graphics are complete.
• Manages student peer to peer groups to ensure proper execution of voluntary meal plan selling.
• Ensures necessary training and support are provided to the account and that brand standards are fully executed at all identified points of service, resulting in sustainable growth in sales, profit, and customer satisfaction.
• Works collaboratively with the Collegiate Hospitality team to implement all national programs.
• Supports front line management with administration of Marketing, Service Excellence and Suggestive Selling training as well as stakeholder communications.
• Creates promotion calendars and is responsible for updating all web-based tools and social media, sources customized templates to create consistent campus-wide signage and ensures appropriate menu signage in place.

New Sales and Account Retention:

• Participates in the contract re-bid/extension process for their account. Assists other region marketing team members with EngageIQ® and Fresh Eyes processes at other accounts.
• Works collaboratively with DMM and GM or RDM to update the Client and Annual Business Review.

Qualifications

• - The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written/interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Excel and Word.
