Marketing Manager

Claris Health is seeking a Marketing Manager who will own the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and elevate brand visibility across digital and traditional platforms.
About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the way our mission reaches communities across Los Angeles and beyond. Reporting directly to leadership and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams, you’ll lead integrated campaigns that inspire action and deliver measurable results. This is a full-time role based in Los Angeles with occasional travel and flexibility required for campaign launches and event support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content strategy
- Manage the brand’s digital footprint across platforms, ensuring consistency and resonance with key audiences
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and report ROI to leadership
- Oversee external vendor and agency relationships to ensure quality and alignment with marketing goals
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitor insights, and audience behaviors that drive smarter decision-making
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience with proven success in campaign management
- Proficiency in digital tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot
- Strong creative sensibility combined with an analytical mindset—you’re as comfortable reviewing data dashboards as you are brainstorming content ideas
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Claris Health’s pay ranges vary based on work location. As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
