Creates engaging print, digital and video graphics for all mediums and channels including, but not limited to: print and digital advertisements, brochures, in-branch collateral, social media graphics, billboards, mailers and other communications. Creative materials should promote products and services in line with strategic and marketing objectives. Responsible for enhancing the image of the Credit Union in both business and local communities. Maximize the Credit Union’s community involvement while developing relationships and networking to enhance potential growth. Coordinates and manages community activities and programs for the Credit Union and ensures that community activities support short and long-term objectives. Responsible for the creation, coordination, and execution of the Financial Education Program. Maintain a positive professional image and reputation of the Credit Union in the community. Completes administrative and operational duties for marketing, public relations, and supports the department with other general marketing duties, as needed.
Education/Certification: A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Required Knowledge : Basic knowledge of Credit Union operations.
Understanding of public relations, business development, and media processes.
Experience Required: Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Skills/Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Well organized.
Strong project management abilities.
Able to use related computer applications.
Talking: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
Average Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
