The Marketing Coordinator will take ownership of all social media content planning and digital ad buying for our restaurant brands. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and paid digital channels. You will work closely with our operations and design teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and measurable campaign success.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media calendars for each brand (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging content in partnership with in-house or freelance creative (photos, Reels, Stories, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and brand mentions in real-time, maintaining each brand's voice
- Track and analyze performance metrics; adjust strategies to grow reach and engagement
Digital Advertising
- Manage paid digital campaigns, including Meta Ads Manager (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads
- Create and optimize ad sets for brand awareness, lead generation, event promotion, and LTOs
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations
- Coordinate with third-party platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Resy, Yelp, DoorDash) on promotional opportunities
Collaboration & Brand Support
- Work cross-functionally with operations, events, and catering to support in-store promotions and special events
- Assist with e-newsletters and website updates using platforms like Mailchimp, Squarespace, or BentoBox
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform digital strategies
Requirements:
- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and ad buying (restaurant or hospitality experience a plus)
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and familiar with other digital ad tools (Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands and projects at once
- Comfort with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and content scheduling platforms
- Highly organized, data-driven, and creative thinker with a passion for hospitality
