Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a Marketing Support professional to help drive strategy, campaigns, and content. You will partner with external vendors and internal teams to deliver projects and materials that advance marketing objectives.

You will organize content calendars, assist with analytics, and research market trends while coordinating cross-functional work to achieve impactful outcomes for learners.

Qualifications

• Degree, certification, or minor in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Organized, accurate, and thorough.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to deliver projects on schedule.
• Knowledge of marketing terminology.
• Ability to develop marketing content and collateral.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Passion for digital education and positive customer outcomes.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and delivery channels.
• Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus.
• Channel or product marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Pardot or Marketing Cloud is a plus.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
