For one of our clients, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator - Maternity Cover , remotely from Chicago, Illinois .

In this exciting temporary role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing customer marketing strategies to elevate engagement and acquisition for a leading educational product. As part of the B2C global marketing team, you'll focus on driving the success of Reading Eggs across the AMER region. From crafting campaigns to managing data and collaborating with creative teams, your work will contribute to making this product the top choice for parents and homeschoolers worldwide. This full-time, 7-month maternity cover role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely with occasional travel for conventions and events.

Accountabilities :

  • Plan, implement, and optimize customer marketing strategies to increase engagement and drive acquisitions.
  • Manage Facebook Ads campaigns, optimizing for maximum reach and ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, including copywriters, graphic designers, and web designers, to produce high-quality digital assets.
  • Analyze campaign performance, preparing reports to track KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate and manage digital assets, ensuring proper file and folder organization.
  • Assist in sourcing data and capturing outcomes from various marketing channels to measure effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid campaigns.
  • At least 1 year of experience running paid campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Confluence and / or Jira is a plus.
  • Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
