As part of our expansion, we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help build our brand and increase visibility within our market.

Job Overview :

The Marketing Coordinator will develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies to promote the company’s services, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness. This person will play a critical role in supporting the sales team with high-quality marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the elevator industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns targeting property managers, building owners, and developers.
  • Design marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, case studies) for print and digital distribution.
  • Manage website content and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and proposal efforts.
  • Organize and attend trade shows and local industry events.
  • Track campaign metrics, website traffic, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Research market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years in marketing, preferably in construction, building services, or the elevator industry.
  • Strong writing, design, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other marketing tools.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Self-starter with strong project management and organizational abilities.

Preferred :

  • Experience working with B2B clients in industrial or service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with elevator or mechanical trades terminology.
