• Assist with client communications, invitations, mailings, and outreach.
• Coordinate client gifts and promotional items.
• Create, update, and organize marketing materials and presentations.
• Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations and client-facing materials.
• Maintain spreadsheets, contact lists, and project trackers.
• Coordinate with printers, venues, caterers, and vendors.
• Assist with client events and special projects.
• Maintain marketing supplies and inventory.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and follow through.
