Job summary

Perkins Eastman, a global architectural design practice, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II in our San Francisco office. You will collaborate with Marketing Managers and Practice Area Specialists on proposals, qualifications, and presentations while coordinating materials with internal and external teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in design/communications/marketing and 0–3 years in marketing, with strong PC skills and proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Office

• Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.

The Opportunity

Perkins Eastman has an exciting opportunity in our San Francisco office working within the Marketing Department. We are seeking an outstanding Marketing Coordinator II to work closely with others in the department, studio, and in the firm. The Marketing Coordinator II participates in all stages of the procurement process, from strategy to proposal preparation to interviews, in a deadline-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Marketing Managers and Practice Area Specialists to prepare proposal submissions, qualifications packages, presentations, brochures, and other related activities for potential opportunities throughout the region.
• Assist with lead tracking, capital planning research, and due diligence.
• Coordinate all materials for proposals with both internal and external teams.
• Organize the pursuit process.
• Work with the other marketing department staff, principals, project managers, and technical staff to develop relevant materials.
• Provide general support for the marketing and business development efforts in the studio/practice area.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or marketing required
• Minimum 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in the AEC industry
• Time Management Skills
• Superior organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must possess strong computer (PC) skills and high proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Office 365.

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
