Job summary

Great West Engineering, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Coordinator I to support proposals, marketing content, and branding initiatives. You will edit documents, maintain marketing collateral, and coordinate with leadership and technical staff.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in marketing or related field and at least 2 years of experience, with strong organization and communication skills. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or business development.
• Strong editing and proofreading of business, technical, and marketing content.
• Experience with proposals, SF-330 or similar submittals is a plus.
• Proficiency in InDesign and MS Office; familiarity with marketing databases and collateral is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposals, statements of qualifications, SF-330 forms, and submittals.
• Complete proposal revisions, formatting, assembly, and electronic submission.
• Edit and proofread proposals and marketing content for grammar, clarity, and standards.
• Maintain staff resumes, project descriptions, and marketing resources.
• Support marketing plans, campaigns, and branding initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing activities with leadership and technical staff.

• Assist with proposals, statements of qualifications, SF-330 forms, and other business development submittals.
• Complete proposal revisions and redlines and assist with formatting, assembly, production, and electronic submission.
• Edit and proofread proposals and marketing content for grammar, clarity, consistency, accuracy, formatting, and compliance with established standards.
• Maintain and update staff resumes, project descriptions, marketing databases, proposal files, templates, collateral, and other marketing resources.
• Support marketing plans, campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
• Coordinate and support marketing and business development activities with the Marketing Department, executive leaders, Regional Team Managers, Project Managers, and technical staff.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to edit and interpret business, technical, and marketing documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and composure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• High proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office; experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications is preferred.

Requirements:

Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field, OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
